Join the Wellness Wave!
We are asking a few of our key partners to rally their friends, family, and networks to support our work. By becoming a fundraiser for PLUS ONE FOUNDATION, you will help people of all walks of life with neurological conditions, and you'll help your friends feel good about doing good.
Wellness Wave is a 10-day fitness and wellness challenge open to all from November 11th through the 21st. Starting a fundraiser is easy to do, and it's fun. You can pick any challenge that feels right for you (walking, running, gardening, yoga - even reading!), and we'll give you all the tools you need to recruit sponsors to support you while you complete it over the 10 days. The funds raised go directly to Plus One's network of clients living with neurological conditions.

Float Seattle has partnered with Plus One to offer a discount on floating sessions and additional services for Wellness Wave participants.
