I’m so proud to be part of this campaign supporting The Plus One Foundation and all of the people they help. I truly believe that this organization is making a difference in the lives of those they touch. From autism, to Alzheimer's, to MS, spinal cord injuries and Parkinson's, there are so many people who are living with neurological conditions and they can really benefit from grants that your donations will fund.
Plus One provides grants for life-changing therapies (which are probably not covered by insurance, like aqua therapy, or horseback riding for paraplegics) to people in need, connecting each person with the customized care they need to succeed. I’m joining the Hit The Deck Challenge to celebrate my health, and raise money for less fortunate people navigating neurological conditions.
I hope you’ll join me on my wellness journey, and support my efforts in the Hit The Deck Challenge to raise funds for The Plus One Foundation. I've set a goal of a 1 hour workout in the gym 3 days, & walk up to 1 mile at least once during the campaign from August 1-11.
