Between July 21 and 31, I pledge to lead and do 10 incredible fitness challenges—and I hope to get enough people to join to raise $5000 total on all their pages!

Every Friday, I do a challenge workout—hings like a leg day workout from a WWE champion, a world champion boxer’s jump rope workout, or jumping on the stair climber to go as many stories as some of the world’s tallest buildings. For Hit the Deck, I'll be curating 10 challenges of this kind, and hoping to get others to join in to support Hit the Deck!

Five of these challenges will come from my book, The Workout Bucket List, and five will be brand new.

One person who joins me will win a fitness prize pack that includes a set of high-quality resistance bands, a library of inspiring and informative fitness books, and fun fitness t-shirts that are perfect for the gym.
